We offer a range of services for Personal Training and injury rehab with a variety of approaches.
Our experience shows us that this is best done on a face 2 face basis. This can either be carried out at the clinic or we can visit you at your home where we bring the required equipment with us or as a new service we offer Skype/FaceTime sessions. These have proven to be a very effective and convenient way to train.
However, you may just prefer to have an exercise program written for you. We would then check in once a week to find out how you were getting on.
An initial consultation and assessment will be carried out. Goals will be discussed, targets set and a plan implemented.
